Who we are

LyricFrame is run by OnlyOasis, the trading name of Max, a sole proprietor based in Japan (“we”, “us”). Contact: [email protected].

What LyricFrame does

LyricFrame is a lyric video maker and audio visualizer that runs in your browser. Your audio, cover art and lyrics are processed on your device and the video is saved straight to your computer. Free use includes full-length 720p export with no watermark.

Your content

Only use audio, artwork and lyrics that you own or have permission to use, and make sure you have the rights needed to publish the videos you create. You are responsible for the content you use and the videos you publish. We do not provide music, lyrics or artwork. If you believe a video made with LyricFrame infringes your rights, email us with the details and we will help where we can; since files never reach our servers, we cannot remove videos that others publish elsewhere.

Do not use LyricFrame to break the law, to infringe others’ rights, or to interfere with the site, for example by bypassing purchase checks, reselling or sharing purchase codes, or overloading our servers.

If these terms are broken

If you break these terms, we may warn you, suspend or end your access to paid features, revoke the purchase involved, or refuse future purchases. Where we end a purchase for a reason that is not your fault, or within the 14-day refund window, we refund it. Serious or repeated breaches, such as fraud or chargeback abuse, can lead to ending access without a refund where the law allows.

Single-song purchase

A single-song purchase costs US$9, paid once. It unlocks 1080p and 1440p export and exporting 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1 in one go for one song, meaning one audio file. You can re-export that song as often as you like and the purchase does not expire. It is a licence to use these features for that song, not a balance, credit or stored value, and it cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

There is no account. Your purchase is linked to a random purchase code kept in your browser with a cookie. Keep that code (shown on the purchase page) to restore the purchase in another browser. Exports run on your own device, so speed and the highest resolution your browser can encode depend on your computer and browser.

Payments

Waffo Pancake (“Waffo”) processes every payment as merchant of record, on its own checkout page and under its checkout terms, and emails your receipt. Prices are in US dollars, and Waffo may add applicable tax at checkout. Card data is handled only by Waffo and its PCI-DSS compliant payment processors; we never receive or store your card details. Your purchase becomes available only once Waffo confirms the payment to us; returning to our site after checkout does not by itself confirm it.

Questions about a charge: email [email protected]. We reply within 2 business days and aim to resolve billing issues within 5 business days. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank, so we can refund you directly.

Refunds

Email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase and we refund it in full, for any reason. See the refund policy. A refunded purchase no longer unlocks its song.

No warranty and limit of liability

LyricFrame is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running but do not promise that it will always be available, work in every browser or be free of errors. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about LyricFrame is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that applies to you.

Changes

We may change features or prices; a change never affects a song you have already unlocked. We may update these terms; the version and effective date are shown at the top of this page. For a change that affects existing purchases, we will post the new version at least 14 days before it takes effect.
